Fort Monmouth Information

• IMPORTANT: During the past few weeks there was a problem with our server and the data input to renew IDs on this website was not stored for the fort id's. During that time, you received an error message when you input your data. If you received error message, your data was not received and must be input again! Everyone received this error who input data within the last month, so re-submit your data. The problem has been rectified and the server is now working correctly.
• Information for Fort Monmouth Visitor's Center:
  To obtain your Fort Id you will need to make sure of the following:/
  1. If you already have a fort ID and need to renew it, Update your Fort ids.
     Allow 2 weeks to process so don't wait until your ids expire. The Fort security office is open to pick up your new id M-F, 7AM-3PM only.
  2. If you do not already have a fort ID, use the following application. Fort ID Application. Print out and fill in the top portion and fax to Margie at 732-842-0432. If you cannot fax the document, bring it to Parent Meeting to submit to Margie.
  3. You have submitted all your paperwork to Margie via fax, website or directly.
  4. After a 2 week processing interval, you will need to go to the visitor's center with your license, insurance and registration of all vehicles and drivers registered.
  5. If they do not have your information or if there is a problem YOU MUST contact Margie at 732-842-0431. The people at the Fort will not be able to help you if you are not in their computer! Do not argue with them or cause a problem as you will not be able to get any ID ever if you cause a problem. The Visitors center is located behind Fort Monmouth. It's open 7am-3pm Monday thru Friday (But check the hours as they change).
